HP Performance - Nathan Page (Owner) Took Money and have NOT received ALL products/Promised 6-8 wks. Been 7 mths now! Roswell New Mexico
I was wondering if you may be able to tell me is HP Performance and Turbo Charged Power System are the same company? I had sent HP Performance money to pay in full for a turbo kit 4/ 2008 that I haven't received yet. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. They sent me the turbo tubing kit only! I am still waiting on the hardware-nuts,bolts, couplers,etc., the actual Turbo, blow off valve, electronic boost controler etc.. I would call and check on it after the 8 weeks. I kept being told its coming that's when I got the tubing kit. Now I call 2-3 times a week for the rest. They ignore me now. I leave messages with no return call. The owner Nathan Page actually got rude with me. As if I was bothering him. He couldn't tell me the status of my parts because the man who was in charge of my file isn't there. That makes NO sense at all! He's the owner and doesn't know or better yet couldn't find out! I finally get someone on the phone. They are telling me their credit cards are on hold for now so they can't purchase anything from their vendors? Now I wonder if they are they going out of business? Where and what happened to the $5500 I paid to them for my parts? That they now have to wait for their credit card company to clear or come off hold before they can get anything from their vendors? I'm so angry----$5500 with just tubing! I called my bank to see about getting my money back. They told me I can't because I received "part" of the order already!

Here we are 10 MONTHS later. I called Nathan he told me he had my stuff and would be shipping it out. I didn't receive it. He then said oh it's coming, got shipped out late. I FINALLY received some items after a long haul! I received the connector kit, inner cooler, 38 mm waste gate, air filter, tubular rad. support, and relocation bracket for pwr steering reservr.
But guess what? NO TURBO! Paid $5500 and still NO TURBO! I called Nathan and he said he had a tracking number for me! That it actually comes from another company. (Now I don't know why he wouldn't have told me this from the beginning.) So I tracked the package. It from AZ. to TN. - Umm I live in VA.! Now to find out that shipment was in Tennesse.
After endless phones call and being on hold and being told "I'll call you back". To find out, NEVER called back! He keeps saying now he's waiting to get in touch with the Turbo company to get a tracking number. Although he gave me one a week ago? Called today for him to tell me that the Turbo company was waiting on some parts (wheels internal parts) to complete my turbo due to being on back order. And they are suppose to ship out tomorrow. But yet a week ago I was given a tracking number for something that wasn't even done yet? I feel like he is a liar and just keeps telling me all these stories to keep me going longer. I am still waiting for a polish turbo 76 mm stage 3, 50mm blow off valve, and electronic boost controller. So we'll call again tomorrow for a follow-up and see if I get a tracking number!
