Complaint Review: HPG Management - Hauser Apartments

There was a leak somewhere in between my bathroom wall and walk-in closet wall, where the walls were drenched and dripping from top to bottom. Some of my wardrobe was damaged and needed dry-cleaning.

I requested for my dry-cleaning bill to be reimbursed and the manager said he wouldn't own up to his negligence in maintaining the old building pipes.

My clothes are my personal property but it was damaged not due to theft, natural disaster, or my carelessness; his old pipes broke and ruined my clothes. HPG needs to take responsibility for their negligence.

I've seen numerous cases against HPG Management and they are known to be ruthless. And they've caused me way to much headache and heartache from the start, from not having had my unit cleaned and carpet shampooed before my initial move-in.
