Complaint Review: HR Block - Emerald Advance Card

i called hr block bank and asked if their was  service charge for tranfering money into my account. I figured their was but called to see because if their was i would have just withdrew the money from their hsbc bank (BUT they close at 4 o clock and i need to withdraw) so i called and they said their was no charge. sure enough their was, so now transfering the money was a complete loss, because not only was i charged but now theirs not enough money in my account and my check bounced. STOP HAVING F*CKING FOREIGNERS ANSWER THE PHONE AND MAYBE WE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE F*CK YOU ARE SAYING THIS IS AMERICA.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HR BLOCK THE COMPANY DOES THIS SH*T ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEIR IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
