HR Block Emerald card placed cash on card as instructed by emerald card services at 7 11 location money was sent but not received HRBlock could not help me told me i should have went to a different merchant such as WalMart Visalia Ca
711 owner was upset cause had happened several times and stated hes sick of the issues with this company and will take care of problem but it takes usually 5 weeks before i get my money because has dealt with this several times I did go to WalMart next day and issued more money to card which was on received on emerald card within 10 minutes the money i sent from 711 Visalia Ca i don't expect to get it any time soon got no help from HR Block Visalia ca
I called HR Block Emerald card customer service which stated I could add cash to card from several different stores and would be immediately available.As instructed I went to 711 and paid a substantial amount of cash worker said it should take 15 minutes but don't lose ur receipt.Next day did receive money on card called HR block only to say they will investigate it and contact me in 3 to 5 days 711 store said its happened several times and takes 5 weeks before they will get back to me .
