 I've been having an ongoing issue with Emerald card services. It started on March 7, 2016, when I was transferring money to and from my epocket. All of a sudden a "glitch" occurred where as though both my available balance and my epocket balance were displaying as $0.00. With immediate concern regarding me and my husbands hard earned money just basically disappearing, I quickly contacted H&R Block Emerald card services to have this issue resolve as soon as possible. I spoke with the first rep who barely spoke English well. Explained to her problem and she told "me don't worry an error occurred and your money will be on there by the end of the day". Later that day I checked my account and my account balance still read $0.00.

So there after I kept calling just to have representatives out right lie to me and tell me what ever I wanted to hear. I even had one lady tell me that she looked over my case with her manager and they've never even seen something like that happen before. The same rep told me a glitch had occurred and that my money would be back on my card the following business day. That was another lie! Some representatives reviewed my transactions to verify the amount that I stated that I had in the account. I was told my money was missing and it was a problem that they couldn't help me with and that I would have no other choice but to wait 3-5 businesses for the Escalations Department to resolve my issue. I asked to be transferred to Supervisor or Manager and one guy transferred me to a survey line. It is now March 10, 2016 and still have no access to my money and I am still being lied to, given numbers to departments that can't or won't assist me this "glitch" problem by incompetent staff. I'm absolutely at my wits end with this situation. I just really want my money back!
