I ordered online for my grandmother decided thats not what i want to get her so i should call to cancel. I called and got an automated system with an option right away if id like to canel so i dialed 1 for yes thinking it would be so simple. I was wrong. i called back just comfirm that my order was cancelled just so i wouldnt get charged and the lady tell me everything is cancelled i will not get charged nor recieve a package because i called back within 5 mind nothing has been proccesed.

I happen to look at my bank account and see that i had been charged for 4.95 twice and 42.71! I called immediatly hoping this would get solved and it was a mistake on their end. I spoke to a lady and explained everything to her and she asked did you cancel on the automated system i said yes and her response was "well that was your mistake not our". I said look i called right after and the person i spoke with said i wouldnt be charged and nothing would be sent to me, i want a full refund. She continued to say sorry theres nothing i can do for you.

I then asked to speak to a supervisor and i was on hold for 15 mins so i hung up and called again. When i called back it was so strange that wheni asked to speak to a supervisor the guy said yeah thats me. So i explained my issues and asked if he could help and pretty much said the same thing the lady before said theres nothing they can do after me asking nicely for a refund. He said they dont do refund after i asked for the who knows maybe 6th time he said ok the best i can do is 40% or so ( i cant recall). 

Basiclly i took the offer and after i did i called my bank and filed a claim saying that i had been scammed. Which i was. These people were not, i repeat not going to give me a full refund or hear me out even if i was right. 

I now checked my bank account about 15 days later and i now have a 89.95$ charge and still no refund. I beyond upset and want my money back!!

Another side note is i recived two different emails of cancelation within 7 mins apart. Both has cancellation notifacations and said i would not, i reapeat not get charged or sent anything and of course i was charged and i was sent this darn cream which i havent and wont open.

I hope there are many people out there speaking out about this scam so we all get our refunds and help other out there.
