Found a great deal on a 1 bedroom condo that was listed 50% below the market rate.
IF A REAL ESTATE DEAL IN VEGAS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE -- IT PROBABLY IS.

Address would not pop up correctly in Craigslist. Not sure if picture is real.

IF THE ADDRESS DOES NOT POP UP, WELL, IT'S STARTING TO LOOK MOORE SUSPICIOUS BY THE MINUTE TO ME, BUT THEN, I HATE CONDOS AND I HATE TIME SHARES AND I HATE THE SCUMBAGS THAT SELL THEM!

Here is the add:

There was notation that THIS property was 90 days or more behind. Payments of 350.00 to attain ownership.

THIS SOUNDS LIKE THAT SCAM WHERE THEY HAVE A FORECLOSED PROPERTY AND LEASE IT FOR A YEAR, PROBABLY MAKE YOU PAY IN ADVANCE AND THEN WHEN THE PROPERTY IS FORECLOSED, YOU LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY...AND YOU HAVE TO GET OUT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE SCAM ARE NOT THE REAL OWNERS.
