I checked with the county records and police and there hasn't and isn't any warrants or even complaints about this mark guy. It seems like there is no truth to this rip-off report. Be advised, please read future rip-off reports with good judgment.

If this man wrote hot checks, then the law will get him for that.

These are quite simply, false accusations and slander

HR National was once known as Homes Relief, however once the company started providing foreclosure services nation wide, the name was changed to HR National. These other company names I have never heard of. Additionally, these false accusations of 'bad checks' and 'scamming people' are ridiculous. Every employee of HR National is paid and has never received a 'bad check'. This is obviously a past employee or customer who is just looking for ways to make the company look bad. Please disregard this false report by the consumer..

This original post is ridiculous.

I am the HR National current project coordinator for all telemarketing sales in Salt Lake City, UT. I have been with the company for 4 years now. HR National originally did business as Homes Relief Inc. until spring of 2005 when the company went nationwide, hence being called HR National. It has NEVER been called Discount Direct, or BR National. This information is completely false and should be disregarded. HR National nor any of its owners have ever written bad checks to employees, this is also false. The company would not be doing business today if this was the case.

Mark Quinones Still A SCAM ARTIST

#9UPDATE EX-employee responds

Thu, April 17, 2008

Larry,
The response was from probably Mark himself he generally goes in here and reads this stuff and rebuttles himself. The stuff about anyone being fired from that company for drugs and or alcohol is definatly untrue. He has ripped off many people and continues to do so, He is still wanted by the Santa Barbara D. A.'s office for writing thousands of dollars in bad checks. YOU CAN CHECK WITH THEM. it is on record. He has paid nothing he owes to the people who worked hard for him and just split. to Newport beach and now runs HR National as an all on line based company. The plain truth is he is a Scam Artist and a huge rip off man. He has no morals and just takes advatage of anybody.

Response to Larry

#9UPDATE Employee

Larry,

Please don't be obscene. The worker was suspected of coming into work for a few weeks before she was fired. Being an employer, you cannot simply fire someone on a hunch they are using illegal drugs and/or alcohol. Therefore, after establishing the employee was in fact using drugs, and over the course of a week or two, was coming in late and not working productively, the employee was laid off. Making assumptions that the company is on drugs and/or alcohol is as stated, obscene.

What kind of employer is this?

HR National said: "This is a past employee of HR National . . . This employee would come into work obviously on drugs/alcohol etc and not work for hours on end. Therefore she was not paid for certain hours."

Notice that they did not say that the employee came to work drunk one day and got fired. No, they said that she did this on a regular basis. What kind of employer allows his employees to enter the workplace drunk and remain there for hours on end? The response implies that this happened more than once. Only a drunken or drugged out employer would hire drunken/drugged employees.

Attention Customers:

This is a past employee of HR National whom was extremely disgruntled after being fired for drug use. This employee would come into work obviously on drugs/alcohol etc and not work for hours on end. Therefore she was not paid for certain hours. Please do not let this effect your judgment of HR National.
