THIS COMPANY CAN BE FOUND ON THE NATIONAL CRIAGSLIST.COM. ONE MUST CALL AN 800 NUMBER. IN THE AD IT SIMPLY STATES: PRE-FORCLOSURES TAKE OVER PAYMENTS NOW. SOUNDS SIMPLE ENOUGH. WHEN YOU CALL THEY ARE NOT SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT THE PROCESS IS. YOU ARE NOT GIVEN THE WEB ADDRESS UNTIL AFTER YOUR PAYMENT OF $149 IS PROCESSED. WHEN YOU GAIN ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE YOU CAN FINALLY SEE HOW COMPLICATED THIS CAN REALLY BE. WHEN YOU MAKE THE FIRST CALL YOU ARE TOLD THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CONTACT THE OWNER AND ARRANGE WITH THEM TO TAKE OVER PAYMENTS. WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THAT ANY FEE OTHER THEN A TITLE SEARCH IS UP TO YOU TO PAY. THIS IS NOT FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON AND MORE INFO SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE CONSUMER BEFORE YOU ARE PUSHED INTO PAYING THE $149. THEY ARE VERY INSISTANT ON GETTING THEIR MONEY UP FRONT. THEY DO NOT MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU HAVE TO HARRASS 5 PEOPLE AND PURSUE THEIR PROPERTY IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND.

We appreciate comments by our subscribers although, we also appreciate examples of the data discrepancies. We cannot address any data issues without specifics.
HR National is an aggregator of pre-foreclosure and Bank owned properties. We do not abstract our data so we are at the mercy of those who provide the information to us.
However, we can absolutely document just as many success stories of consumers who like what we have.
Our service is not $149... we offer a 7 day free look at our website and subscriptions are month to month. We also only deal with foreclosures.

We apologize that you did not realize the preforeclosure process and/or foreclosures is as simple as you had thought. Most of our customers have done at least 5-10 minutes of research on exactly what foreclosures/preforclosures are before purchasing a $149 service. Nevertheless, we will gladly issue a refund for you, simply contact compliance@hrnational.com
