I run into the same situation today with cancelling my 7-days trial, could not reach any number to cancel. When I realized that something is going on I checked a on web about this company and vu-a-lya! I have to cancel my credit card ASAP because of that beast I will not believe anymore in any internet solicitations.

Canceling membership is easy for any user. You can simply click on the "Cancel My Membership" tab after logging in, or by simply calling our customer service department during our hours of operation.

It is also given to you at the time of signing up.
It is 877-572-3883. Hours of operation are 12 hours a day, 6 days per week. 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday, Eastern Standard Time.
