Phillip Warwick, the owner of HRR Services (Houston Repair and Remodel) & Avalond Enterprises LLC, is a thief. Do not conduct business with him, or you stand the chance of potentially losing thousands of dollars. Warwick is currently serving probation via a ten year felony Deferred Adjudication for stealing around $85,000 from multiple people that he did "business" with. Beware of Phillip Warwick, and the criminal enterprise that he operates known as HRR Services.
The primary purpose of me writing this review on Ripoff Report is to alert all those who have been victimized by Phillip Warwick that there is still hope for justice. Despite being on probation since 2011, Warwick has still (alledgely) stolen thousands of dollars from multiple people since then. If you are a victim of Warwick's criminal enterprise, you can report it to your local District Attorney (the county that you reside in), upon which an investigation will be launched.
