I purchased a laptop computer and microwave using my best buy card. several times throught the last 8 months i did not get bills. i always pay my bills and mail them the same day i get them, so i was looking for hrs bill. i definitely did not get a statement and then when i got it , i was charged late fees several times. finally, i got onto what they were doing and paid the whole thing off- cash. i will never shop best buy again. shame on them.
