I see that several people have complained about HRS and the credit bureaus. One individual suggested a class action and I would gladly join.
2 years ago when checking our credit, I found a "charge off " on our report from HRS.

I couldn't figure out who these people were and then realized we had purchased furniture thru Seamans furniture and opted for their credit card with 1 year to pay.We payed in full in 8 months time and closed down the card. When this was reported to the credit bureau, somebody put 1 wrong number for our account. It took me 2 months of daily phone calls between HRS (who said there was no such account in there files) and the credit bureau( who actually investigated this and determined it was our debt).

I have a blow by blow account of every call I made. I spent approxamatly 20 hours on the phone to clear his up and I feel these people owe me. I am not sure who is more to blame the credit bureau or HRS.The mistakes they both made were phenomenal!! I would gladly get in on a class action against either or both!
