HRS - Home Recording Solutions - Eric Hagen Wrote me a payroll check that bounced and now refuses to pay... Nashville Tennessee
Eric Hagen of HRS/Home Recording Solutions in Nashville, TN wrote made out a counter check in my name for payroll. The check was returned for insufficient funds. He knew that the check would not clear and now won't take responsibility for his actions. Now, a $300 check that I worked for is going to cost me well over $600 and apparently there is nothing I can do about it. He and his company are originally based out of Phoenix, AZ and since coming to Nashville, TN have done nothing but lie to his/their clients, employees and the state/federal government. I was never made to fill out any type W-4 form nor was it ever reported that I was an employee of the company. Watch out for this guy. He pretends to be a good Christian business owner but actually deals dirty.

The person who filed this complaint against myself and my business is Rachel from Nashville, TN. After 3 weeks of employment with my company I had to let her go. It was a very unfortunate incident and situation for both of us.
I would like to rectify the situation between Rachel and I, but all I get from her is profanity and belligerent language. No actual resolution conversations have been possible with her because of this. If there is money that is owed to her, I am more than willing and able to make restitution-IF there is any money owed to her.
She knows my phone number, email address and other means to contact me. Yet, she insists to solve a problem or issue by posting this complaint instead of contacting me directly. It makes me wonder how many other decent people and companies are on this site by her. It wasn't until one of my clients told me about this post that I was even aware of it.
I have 100's of very satisfied customers in both Nashville and the greater Phoenix area. Most of my business is repeat and referral (meaning, my customers come back and also refer their friends and family to me). I think that speaks for itself. I do not lie or deceive or take advantage of any of my clients and I NEVER have! People do not continue service and refer their friends if they feel, think, or know they are being ripped off.
My business is honest and very helpful to the people that need my services. It is not a rip off and I do not deserve these false statements by Rachel. I find it quite interesting that she was willing to post this complaint against me using my name and business name and yet she decided to remain anonymous.
Rachel, when you read this call me and lets talk like adults and come to a resolution.
