HRS makes BEST BUY UNAPPEALING AND A TURN-OFF & A RIPOFF

After reading numerous reports from this wonderful site on HRS, I decided to submit my own. First of all, I have been a Best Buy customers for TOO many years, and have always taken advantage of their "delayed billing", which my husband and I have enjoyed until as of late. WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HRS? We have exemplary credit first of all, which comes from paying ALL of our bills on time, year after year. AND THEN, HRS, which it doesn't matter how many days you send your payment in before it is due, more often than not you are hit with a late fee. I went to on-line banking a few months ago, and pay all my bills on-line. I have ABSOLUTELY NO trouble with any of the 15+ vendors I pay on-line, EXCEPT for guess who, HRS!!!
Where can we go to get help with this most annoying and frustrating matter?

Absolutely beyond frustrated in Texas.
