HRS - retail Services ripoff - will not work with customers City Of Industry California
We purchased a rainsoft water treatment system. First we were told that we needed a co-signer.We got oneand then they ended up putting it in his name only and won't allow us to do anything with the account but they have no problem accepting our payments.
We were told that the account was for 5 years and our payments will go down after a couple years. They went down after 5 years for a few months and now are up and doubled.We still owe almost what we paid.The due date is bad for us but we can't get them to change it. They ignore any correspondence from us except the payment. I feel the product should be payed for and they owe me money.They are rip-off company and something needs to be done.
I sugeest no-one does business with Rainsoft or HRS.They are scamming people.
