Purchasing anything that is financed through HRS USA is a nightmare. They add finance charges whenever they feel like it, send out late fees all of the time and the people in their Customer Serviceless Department are borderline illiterate.

Wickes has been made aware of the problems we are having with HRS USA and the Store Manager has not returned my calls. Supervisors from HRS USA have not responded to mail or faxes. It is not possible to talk to a person about your account other than the CSR's and their supervisors. I have tried find phone numbers to reach someone in authority and have not been successful. If they were a good business and above board, wouldn't they have a published phone number, a real address, and let the consumer speak to someone with some authority?

When purchasing on credit, please always ask who they finance through. Do not purchase anything on credit when HRS USA is involved. Because of the shabby treatment from both Wickes and HRS USA, there are many of us who will never make purchases involving them again!
