I SENT A PAYOFF ON DECEMBER 22, 2001 USING USPS PRIOITY MAIL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. IT ARRIVED AT THE PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER ON THE 24TH. TO DATE THE PAYMENT HAS YET TO POST, MY CHECK HAS YET TO CLEAR, AND HRS HAS NAILED ME WITH $120 IN ACCRUED INTEREST CHARGES. I FAXED ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY HAVE 3 MONTHS, LEGALLY, TO RESPOND.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE LOST MY PAYMENT!

THE NO INTEREST PLAN THEY HAVE WILL ACCRUE, AND IF THEY CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF THE PAYMENT UNTIL AFTER THE END OF THE GRACE PERIOD, THEY GET A HEFTY BONUS, AND BLAME THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

HOW MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS DO YOU THINK HRS USA HAS DEFRAUDED HONEST CUSTOMERS OUT OF, USING THIS SHADY TACTIC?

I'VE SENT MY CARD BACK IN LITTLE PEICES, AND I'M NEVER GOING TO DARKEN THE DOORS OF BEST BUY AGAIN.
