PURCHASED A COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY AND FINANCED THROUGH THIER COMPANY -HRS USA. BEST BUY OFFERED A $350 REBATE WITH THE PURCHASE...

I SENT IN ALL REQUIRED RECEIPTS AND COUMENTS; BEST BUY REJECTED MY REBATE REQUEST REPEATEDLY -CLAIMING THEY NEEDED MORE INFORMATION.

I COMPLIED WITH ALL OF THEIR REQUESTS PROMTLY AND GOT NO WHERE. FINALLY I RECEIVED A LETTER THAT THE REBATE OFFER HAD EXPIRED AND NOT TO MAKE ANOTHER REQUEST.

I COMPLAINED TO THE BEST BUY STORE IN AMARILLO, TX. BUT THE SALESPERSON SAID THAT THE REBATE IS JUST A GIMIC TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY..HE SAID IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO COLLECT.

I COMPLAINED TO HRS USA AND BEST BUY BUT WAS IGNORED AT ALL ATTMEMPTS...I AM PAYING OFF THIS ACCOUNT TODAY BUT THE COMPUTER COST ME ADDTIONAL $300 DUE TO LATE POSTINGS OF PAYMENTS AND CHARGING $29 A MONTH NO MATER WHEN I SENT THE PAYMENT.
