HRS USA Don't process mail fast enough and charge late fees that you aren't entitled to. ripoff CITY OF INDUSTRY California
On more than one occasion they have charged me late fees when I felt that they should have received ample time to get my payment and process it. I belive they are slow at handling mail in order to charge late fees.
