HRS USA-FAILURE TO CLEAR ACCOUNT
I made payment to HRS USA in sept 01 via my online bill paying service(B of A). This company cashed that check but failed to post it to my account even though I have been paying them this way for almost two years. After 3 months, numerous faxes showing proof of payment from B of A, and numerous phone calls to this company, I was told that my account was fixed and they would credit my account the september payment(which would zero out my account). Well I get my january bill from them and my account still shows the entire balance along with added interest and a late payment. This company is a big rip off!!!
