HRS USA holding checks so customers incur late fee Carol Stream Illinois
I sent my payment to HRS USA a week before it was due, sent on April 24 and due on April 30. The check was not posted to my account until the May 10, therefore they assessed a late fee. When I called to inquire, the customer service representative was rude and when confronted about the issue hung up. I am paying my bill in full and will never again do business with HRS USA. I am in the military and will also recommend that no one else do business with them also.
