The statements I receive from hrs usa for my furniture payments are hard to read. very impersonal. It seemed like I was making no progress even though my payments were not only current but sometimes double the amount in an effort to pay it off. Then on one statement, I happened to notice a late fee of 25.00. I wonder now how many of my PAST statements had ALSO shown a late fee. My payments to them have always been on time. I hope there's an investigation! evidentelly I'm not the only one who smells a rat.Galen R Hanby
