In the 18 months I've had my account with HRS USA I've had 12 billing cycles. Of those bills paid, 7 of them posted late, up to TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER I had mailed in the payment.

When I called in to complain, and find a way to get each of the $29 PLUS INTEREST fees back, all I got was attitude and cheap jokes from the representative, and her supervisor. The supervisor wouldn't even give me his last name, he just said, "Call me DJ" ...

They couldn't explain to me why my payment was being recieved by them two weeks later than other bills I paid at the same time.

Every time I would come up with a good argument, EVERY PERSON at the "customer service" center would say the same thing: "I can't answer that question, I don't work for the post office.

We ask that you allow at least 10 to 14 business days for us to recieve your payment" That's THREE WEEKS!!!???

In short, I was only able to get one late fee removed, but the other six were paid to save my credit and other potential bogus fees.

The even more questionable thing they did was bill my late fees to the credit account, and not allow me to pay the late fee in full at once. This way, I'm forced to pay INTEREST on the LATE FEE!
