HRS USA playing games with late fees. ripoff
I sent my payment off like I do every month and I always pay two payments so that I can pay this off early. Well this month I get a statement and find out that they have charged me 25.00 late fee for being one day late. I don't know how it was late when I send it off the same time every month. I purchased an Oreck vacuum with no interest for one year, that is why I am sending in such large payments. I can't believe they have charged this fee. If it was one day late it was there fault. I live in San Diego and it takes one day for the mail to get to them. I will never purchase from a company that uses this finance company again. And I will never purchase anything from Oreck using that credit card.

I followed up with an email to Oreck which is the company that uses this finance company and rec'd an email back from them within 24 hrs stating that they took care of the late charges for me. YEAH!!!!! I told them that this company seems to have a history of mistreating customers and referred them to your website to see some of the complaints. They said they have not had anyother complaints regarding this company. Lets see what happens from here. Thanks for the website.
