My husband and I both have jobs where we travel most of the time. Our bills are all paid over the internet, over the phone or setup with automatic payments, as it is difficult for us to be here on a specific date just to send a payment to HRS.

Out of the 23 total credit card and bill payments we make each month, only HRS does not have a web site for making payments. Why not? It's 2002.

Of course, you can call in a payment; if you wish to be charged a $10 fee. Are you kidding?

We had no problems making payments on a timely basis, UNTIL

Best Buy switched over to HRS. And, no, we did not receive one of their bulk mailers regarding this change.

HRS, it's time to update your methods to this century and the computer age or stop charging late fees, not to mention additional charges for those late fees.
