It is very time consuming to deal with HRS USA. We purchased appliances from Best Buy, with financing by HRS USA. This was a mistake. We will never ever purchase anything of any kind from Best Buy. They are a front for this credit predator.

Here is how it works.

HRS USA gets your address wrong; fortunately we have a copy of the original to show them. So, now you have a late fee, and your low cost credit arrangement must be fixed. You get to spend hours on the phone resolving this.

Then, they send statements so that you receive them with about 1 week to respond before they are late. If you do not write the check within the first week of recieving your bill, you will see a $29 late fee, and then they can cancel your favorable credit arrangement and charge you the higher rate.

They making it very easy to have a late payment. If the payment is due on Sunday, and your payment does not arrive before that day, then you get a late fee assessment; even if it is processed the very next day, on Monday, you owe $29 extra.

Our entire family is very irritated by this obvious setup arrangment with HRS USA, and feel it reflects very poorly on the business attitude of Best Buy. Beware of doing business with Best Buy, and avoid using their credit deal unless you have time to spend lots of time on the phone resolving the credit arrangement.
