HRS USA ripoff They said they received my payment after the promo expiration date deceptive company Wilmington Delaware
HRS USA is in the business of ripping consumer off. I sent my payment in before the promo expiration date and they still charged me the accrued interest. HRS claims they received my payment 13 days late.
