On July 7th, 2020, I placed an order (order # IM9AD2A07572 for 4 custom printed reuseable face masks with 24hrwristbands.com. They never sent an order confirmation or delivery information throughout this time. They claim emails may have been sent to SPAM but I checked my SPAM folders. I opened a case on July 20th to find out where my order was—just recently, I see that they put in a response that shows August 11th response date but I would have no way of knowing this unless I checked their website daily as this company does not send email notifications.
On August 18th, 2020, the face masks arrived and they were unusable. They were pieces of a fabric—there was no elasticity. They are not masks. Based off this company’s inability to respond throughout the order process, on August 26th, 2020, I opened a dispute with my credit card. Additionally the charge shows as imprint.com when I ordered these masks from this website https://24hourwristbands.com/shop/wellness-safety/healthcare/face-masks I am more than willing to return these defective masks at their expense—they can provide a freight carrier and label.
