HSBC sold me an insurance incase I lost my job, they would take care of the bill until I was working again! I have been harrassed by them for 5 months, wanting a payment. I keep telling them, I took out your insurance in case something like this happened.....and they still will not pay, they have to have proof that I was working 30 hours a week for 13 weeks, prior to my termination.

I have called them several times trying to give them a phone number for work verification, they refuse to make the call to get the information , the company I work for said they would give the information, but they have to call for the information, I cannot. They refused to help. I have all the information and they refuse to take it or help!
