HSBC Accountsecure Plus 800-690-1532 charged my account after refusing this service. The said they will look into why and refund my money if they found that I indeed refused it but lets face it: it my word against theirs.
This practice should really be stop ASAP. I have found others that too had this happened on this site and others I have found on the internet.

Anyone doing business with them should check you statements ASAP.
