HSBC AUTO FINANCE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR MY FAMILY! I have recorded on my machine calls before 8 am on weekands and after 9 pm on every day, lets see my caller id is full they are averaging 6-8 calls but they will never leave a message they hang up and call back. They have even called spoke to my 5 yr old asked for her daddy I purposely hun up and they called back 3 more times with in five minutes of that i finally disconnected the line from the wall from the kids room in order for them to not hear the phone ring. My family and I are struggling on bills and we paid HSBC ON TIME for very solid distance of months but right in last 2 months or so we did not make the payment on time even though we sent it late they continue to harass to bring to bring the account current, I cam not about to take a remaining $200 of monies left till I get paid on 1st of the month so they can gloat on collecting.. they do not listen by phone . So I have researched at my local library on Credit matters etc... found out more on legalities on THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT

As amended by Public Law 104-208, 110 Stat. 3009 (Sept. 30, 1996)I have typed my letter will mail it tommorrow and hopefully they leave my family alone other wise I will disconnect all lines of communications from them to me by seeking an attorney I'd rather spend my payments for HSBC lawsuit or bankruptcy before they get another dime.
