I am extremely disappointed in the conduct of the bankers at HSBC on 1300 North Avenue in New Rochelle, NY 10801 or 10804. I dealt wih a banker by the name of Carol. Although she was helpful, she yelled at me as I was asking her to explain to me about a CD builder account. I am a soft spoken person.

I did not understand certain things she was explaining and asked that she repeat some things. I never ever raised my voice above a whisper. Well, Carol was getting frustrated FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL and started raising her voice at me. A blonde haired, CRUDE spoken bank teller came up to Carol and asked her if she needed another bank teller to ESCORT me out. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?? Carol was the one who was extremely aggressive with me and I was shocked & almost fainted after hearing the blonde haired bank teller's comment to escort ME out. I did not understand what the problem was, considering I had spoken in a soft-spoken manner and had been sitting still asking no more than 3 SERIOUS questions regarding my accounts.

I was most taken aback by the blonde haired teller asking Carol if she would like someone to escort me out because it was near to closing. I just couldn't believe it & I was getting scared. Carol had been aggressively speaking to me and I do not appreciate being spoken to this way & disrespected. I am changing banks. This was apparently a psychotic situation, being that I was the calmest person there. The blonde haired bank teller was extremely problematic and not stable, by her reaction towards me as I first encountered her asking a question, before meeting Carol.

Carol told the blonde bank teller that there was no need for another bank teller to help her out. But I have never in my entire life have ever experienced anything like this craziness. I am dumbfounded by this. That was so incredibly odd. I'll never forget it. And this WAS NOT the first time. This was one of MANY incidents with HSBC. I am reporting this to consumer protection/ news reporter/ newspaper/ magazine/ better business bureau.
