Complaint Review: HSBC Bank USA N.A.

Who said it was easy to find the Corp address for this company? I only found it because my search led me to this website. You will not find their US headquarters on their web-site. All you know is they are in New York. They have !Many! addresses throughout the United States and overseas.

This company will lie to you and take your money. They even ignore their own policy written on the back of your bill. Believe me...a billing dispute isn't a billing dispute to them. They will hit you with a late fee during a dispute even though the policy says they won't. They won't give you a one day grace period. They won't allow early payments. They would rather take the early payment and then use the next (early) payment for the previous month and say it is late so they can charge you a $39.00 late fee. And they charge you $10.00 to make your payment by phone.

And...they will tell you one thing when you buy a product and another when they hit you with "Deferred Fees, Interest, etc." Why do we want their Corporate address?? Because I am turning them in to every Consumer Affairs Dept in every state that they do business in, the Federal Consumer Affairs division and every Better Business Bureau office in every state they do business in.

It's companies like this that led to the Federal Trade Commission Act recently passed by Congress.
