HSBC Card Services Suzuki Credit refused to apply my GAP insurance when the motorcycle was stolen 2009 Wood Dale, Illinois

In June 2004, we purchased a motorcycle using Suzuki Credit - HSBC. At the time of purchase we bought GAP insurance in case something had happened. In 2009, unfortuantely the motorcycle was stolen and the insurance only paid 4,500 and the rest of the amount was never written off. I have tried to contact HSBS several times and requested the sales contract which shows the GAP insurance, and they have not been able to provide me with a copy. We also went to the dealership where it was purchased and they don't have a copy either.

I wrote to HSBC several times and they still refuse to writeoff the amont and we keep paying because we don't want it to effect our credit.

If there is anyone that can help or knows how we can get this amount off and get our money back for all the years we paid, please let us know.
