I got the Orchard Bank card late last year, I signed up for their credit protection and unfortunately I was hurt in a car accident and was out of work. Low and behold I requested the claim form filled it out with drs note and nothing was ever done with it. My bill owed was like $300 now they state I owe them over $1500
