I applied for this credit card and got approved. I started calling because my online account said I was negative $49.00 and I hadn't even gotten the card yet!!! Well when I started calling , no one knew anything and they couldn't even pull my account up. They told me to call back in 48 hours and the system should be updated. I called back and the same thing happened, but the whole time the automated system kept saying I was negative $49.00, keep in mind, I still had not gotten my card. When I waited the 48 hrs the second time, I called again and got hung up on. 3 different times. When I finally spoke to someone they told me my card had been cancelled because I made the comment that IF I got my card and my account was still negative because they charged my card $349 in annual fees that I wouldn't keep it. Someone took it upon themselves to go ahead and cancel my card and not tell me. They were trying to say I owed $49.00 in annual fees even if they cancelled my card!! Then someone called mr becausei complained and had the nerve to say I needed to reapply and give them more money to apply!!! I will not ever use this company again!!!!!
