HSBC Fairbanks Capital Benefical Finance ripoff victimized many consumers Jackson Florida
Fairbanks Capital Benefical Finance HSBC companies co operating with fairbanks tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers Jackson Florida .....
Fairbanks Capital recently introduced itself to the state of Missouri. this was done after Beneficial finance transferred our mortage to them afther they were bought by HSBC a london congomerlate. Fairbanks refuses to honor beneficial contract setting forth their own, with no options. We were meet with the Rudeness arogance i have read about.
The Missouri Attorney General Office is overwhelmed with complaints but claim to be powerless as fairbanks is controlled by HUD. I have made complaints with HUD and the FTC. all want to pass the buck. I will now contact The US Attorney for the eastern District of missouri and attempt to initiate a criminal investigation.
i am a police officer of 32 years and investigated criminal fraud for years. what they are doing is worse than criminal.
finally i want to warn you i beleivee Beneficial Finance and HSBC are selling mortage and urge you to be wary of dealing with them.
thanks

Looks like HSBC has never even had their name in lights like the others. Well guess what I live where HSBC lives and has their corporate offices.
Saw this post about an old complaint, and never reallized the predatory fraud connections between HSBC, Household Finance and Fairbanks, wonder where the Litton Loan went. Bet they are there somewhere, but as usual Untouchable!
In case the world is unaware look out here is the reason HSBC wants out of Buffalo and New York State. There was a recent report by Innercity Press, they are most definitelt running away.
But I want them to stay and answer for their off shore operations and predatory practices, been saying they are all in bed together, just one big happy family.
When is this all going to stop, time for them all to pay the pipper.
Here is the report and it tells exactly why HSBC is running away, and now maybe more people will speak out since this is getting a refresher by me.
This is dated March 29, 2004:

The latter should perhaps not surprise: Delaware's insurance commissioner bent over backwards to approve HSBC's acquisition of the predatory Household, and is now in court for its withholding of HSBC-related documents under the Freedom of Information Act.
It's not like the New York Banking Board didn't also cave in to HSBC: documents ICP received last week from the NYBD show that the NYBB was provided with less than twenty pages about HSBC's Bank of Bermuda proposal, including virtually none of the predatory lending issues which arose.
Even that laxity was not enough for HSBC: they want preemption, they want deregulation, they represent the worst of corporate globalization, for example with their export of predatory lending. Developing... Until next time, for or with more information, contact us.
