For month number six in a row gm card sends for a payment with a late charge and even a two month payment with a late charge this month, yet never send a bill. what follows is a copy of the letter sent Feb. 18, but received today March 4

Dear Mr Johnson: We are writing you regarding your account by HSBC Bank Nevada,N.A.
Did you forget about us? Our records indicate that your account is currently past due. Your payment that is currently due is 130.00 If you have already made payment thank you! If not, your credit rating may be affected by the past due status on your account. Please be aware that negatively affecting your credit rating may damage your ability to obtain credit for important needs in the future.
For your convenience we have many payment options For example, you can either enroll in our Online Bill Pay program on the internet at www.gmcard.com or call us at 1-800-285-5100 to make a payment over the phone. For either method please have your chechbook available when you are ready to make your payment. Or if neithr of these options work for you then please write your account number on your chech and send a payment to us in the enclosed envelope.
