One should have some faith in the individual that takes your appliacation, and that is suppose to be working with you...besides the processor to make sure eveyone is in agreement of terms etc.and that everyone is happy and excited about this big event. Your happy because you will being getting the All American Dream (or perhaps consolidating debts, or whatever reason) and the Company is happy because they will have you in their grips for (hopefully) 20 to 30 years.

Well! Beware, of those who have ears, and repeat your requirements and selections of what is being offered, and then don't listen or do as they say. I always request and specify a fixed rate, and a no prepay penality. (whether right or wrong, this is my preference, which may not be a preference to others) but in any case, if someone wants to earn your business they need to listen to your needs and requirements. Not just do as they please, and don't say a word about changes.

Let's face if, I know we are suppose to read what we sign. but if you went over every little word (you either need to be an attorney at law to understand the language, or you would be there months reading the words (and probably still scratching your head on what is this really saying). Anyway, what this all boils down to. Beware of them doing a bait and switch, and say one thing and do another. It will save you alot of heart aches, and believe me once they get your name on the dotted line, they don't give a rip about you.
