HELP HELP HELP , I bought the bowflex machine back in sept 2008 , I make the monthly payment online 2 days before its due I still get charged for late charge fees of $39.00 plus they just added an extra f$35.00 as an financial charges monthly , plus they charge me 16% interest plus the oregional $29 mopnthly Im stuck with them I called HSBC retail services many times , the people who answer the phone always dont know what to answer , they never answer any of yourquestions , they only know how to apologize which doesnt benefit me at all


Please please please somebody help I need an advice
