hsbc and best buy
I have a very long story i purchased merchandise at best buy last august. It was two computers both had major problems after trying to fix one a few times it got over exhausting and then with the other and best buy fixing it for over 32 times and then junking it out and it still had issues i put both in a closet.

I had been dealing with hsbc over they wanted information with dept consolidation.

I was at 1880 and was covered under was hurt at work and i had insurance. I have been calling them them saying they sent me a packet and all they send is a bill.

They only charge the account now it is up to 2400 and still nothing. I contacted the attorney general but i was told by my credit union today that it is a nightmare them trying to get anything done.

Under the insurance i am protected where they pay 200 a month and all they do is late fees.

With in the past and issues with the computers i sent all information to deleware customer service and never heard anything back i called up and they said we never got anything.

One thing they do is they type in they send stuff out and i never recieve it how is this possible. I ask for them to send it certified mail and they say they cant do it.

I also called customers service on the 20th and they said if i paid 42 bucks i wouldnt be sent to collections. Well i got a late fee in the mail today and it was 142 bucks.
This is all confusing anyhelp would be great.
