I tried to buy some Dinar through this company. They had all the right logos, BBBon-line and US Treasury registered that made them appear legitimate.

Unfortunately that is not the case. The address they have on their website is not the one to which they have you send the cashier's check (or money order only,--- very clever way to make it impossible to get your money back)That address is:-
US Trade
P.O.Box 1765
Bridgeview, IL 60455
The check is to be made out to C/O Hani.

When I checked with the BBB they said that this address belongs to a company called Midamerica. I don't know if they are legit or not or if it is just another name for this fraud. When I try to call the phone number they have listed it goes to a recording which tells me I have reached a different number to the one I dialled. When I sent an e-mail this is what I got back:-

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mailbox2.hrnoc.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

This seems like a very personal sounding "delivery failure notice".

When I sent a further e-mail there was no response at all.

This is in response to the rebuttal...

I placed my order over a year ago (order#60013365) and I am still fighting to get the order completed, but no one returns phone calls, answers emails, etc. I have pages of documentation and notes dating back to when these issues started in mid 2006. I have called every extention the system would put me through to. I have even gone so far as to say "If you are short supplies, then just notify me that you are still trying to resolve the issue. One call every 2 weeks, or 1 email every 2 weeks will keep our patience going because that tells us we haven't fallen through the cracks nor are being neglected." But no one can even do that. A year is not "in a timely manner", and at this point, as long you are refusing to fill our year-old order, you have ripped us off. Now, you're not even taking orders, and refusal to respond to us has forced my husband to begin pursuing legal action.

Don't dish out this (and I quote)..."REMEMBER YOU CAN'T 'CLAP WITH ONE HAND' THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING THAT WENT WRONG FROM BOTH SIDES. THIS DOESN'T MEAN IT CAN'T BE RESOLVED. Also remember, that when you file a report like this, you are making statements that may not be substantiated." (end quote).

I am substantiating them, and nothing has gone wrong on my side....it's ALL YOU! I have my proverbial hand out to clap, but you are neglecing to put yours out to create the desired result. Look up my order number, call me, and send me my 150,000 in 1k denomination Dinar notes! It's that simple. Take it from you personal stash, since technically (and morally) you owe it to me for having cashed my money order.

All the allegations are misleading.

We are a legitimate company with thousands of satisfied customers. If you have a problem with your order for some reason, you should contact the proper numbers listed. The customer service number is 800-609-3413, customer service emails are customerservice@midamericatrade.com, or service@usdinar.com.

Please remember we have a very large volume of phone calls and email. If you don't get through, please try again. DON'T JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS.

When you start a transaction with a pre-disposition then everything seems to be a scam. We have had more than 10,000 satisfied customers. Most likely, your issue has also been resolved, but you didn't retract your report.

Again, we accept that problems do occur with a few customers' orders, and most of them are resolved. You can not treat regular problems in the line of business as Rip Offs.

REMEMBER YOU CAN'T "CLAP WITH ONE HAND" THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING THAT WENT WRONG FROM BOTH SIDES. THIS DOESN'T MEAN IT CAN'T BE RESOLVED.

Also remember, that when you file a report like this, you are making statements that may not be substantiated. Just because of your predisposition, a business could get hurt.

This is how our mail server sends that notice. This is rather fishy how you tried to portray this. ARE YOU REALLY OUR CUSTOMER? If yes please call us at 800-609-3413, press 2, give your name and we will be able to help you with your order (if any).

In conlusion, we would like to remind our present and future customers to try getting in touch with us first, and have a reseaonable approach.

Thank you.
