Complaint Review: HSM SOLUTIONS INC.

 This company has pretty good benefits their mileage pay is average. The trucks are pretty decent because they are leased. The trailers on the other hand is a different story. I have been driving for 27 years and I have never seen anything like these trailers. I have seen trailers come out of Mexico that were in better condition than these are. They do not have their own mechanics so there is no routine maintenance. The only time something gets fixed is when is broke and won't go and you usually have to limp it to a shop somewhere. The floors are so bad in some of the trailers they have had to replace them because on a couple of instances their own fork lifts have fell through the floor. There is always something wrong with them burnout lights flat tires brakes out of adjustment because the slack adjusters do not work expired inspection stickers etc. So anyone thinking of going to work at any of the hsm plants beware of their trailers. You have to protect your license because they won't. They can replace you with one phone call. Their mindset is drivers come a dime a dozen.
