whoever took my calls to HSN.com Customer Service early Saturday night November 26,2016 just after Thanksgiving, were vicious and insulting to me for absolutely no reason whatsoever...just a pack of Idiots at HSN.com. No one should shop on TV anyway!

HSN.com would not cover postage either to or from me for a defective item; so I still lost money for nothing!
