Complaint Review: CYBERHOME & HSN

Cyberhome and HSN have been knowingly selling dvd players and recorders that don't work. I bought one in December and it has quit working. When I called HSN they said to contact Cyberhome .Which I did. They will do nothing as, it is out of their 30 day warranty. Upon further investigation I found 56 other customers so far that have the very same problems. But of course Cyberhome and HSN tell me this is an isolated problem. How can a company as big as HSN sell such defective products and do nothing?? bECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
They have sold over 10,000 of this worthless pieces of crap.

DO NOT BUY ANY CYBERHOME PRODUCT!!!!!
And don't buy from HSN either. They don't stand behind their vendors.

They are sold at Target, Walmart, Radio Shack etc. If you do you will be throwing your money away.
