Complaint Review: HSN

HSN had wrong shipping address on my order, they finally refunded my money now they have called stating the other person did receive the package and they were going to charge me again!! Internet

6/17/2010 Placed order with HSN which I have done before. Entered billing information which normal shipping is the same unless you indicate otherwise. Just as I hit the submit button I noticed there was a Florida shipping address.

  I immediately emailed HSN explaining the problem they responded by email after I had gone out telling me to cancel order by midnight.The next morning checked my email and called HSN.  After talking with HSN they refunded my money. 

HSN has just called to tell me UPS verified the package was delivered (to the Florida address) and I was responsible so they would be charging me again regarless o the act that I didn't get my merchandise.

I talked with customer service explaining I immediately notified them about the error and I had not entered that shipping information. HSN put that information in through there system. They settled this issue with me knowing it was going to the wrong address.

Now four months 9/15/2010) later they want to recharge me for the merchandise I did not receive. I told them not to charge my account again but they have the information how can I prevent this?
