 I purchased a 42" LG 1080p tv from Hsn in August, 2014. By, Sept. The remote using the information button would not work. It is the part you use to access the station you are watching, telling to all about the program. I called HSN and they told me I could ship it back for refund. I still had all shipping materials. It was put in 2 boxes with foam packing. They got it back in 2 days after I had UPS pick it up. I get a phone call a few days stating it was damaged ...that UPS damaged it and I should put in a claim! I did all that. UPS admitted to the damage but will pay $100. NOW HSN wants to re bill me for the entire tv. I had used their flex ay option where you pay monthly over 5 or 6 months. I cant believe this! I didnt damage the tv. They want me to pay almost $600 for a tv I dont even have! They're terrible. Never again! Nobody ever told me I had to buy insurance for this! Hsn never said a word. They just said send it back with easy return label.
