HSN deliberately deceives customers concerning shipping policies. While the information relayed on the web site is 5-10 days for shipping, Customer Service tells you verbally that it is 16 days.

It has been 12 days since I ordered a ring and am still waiting for it. HSN refuses to do anything about it until at least April 4. However, they have my money. Their statement is that, "It will arrive any day now."

I tried contacting Corporate, and they say there is nothing that can be done.

Warning: If you buy from HSN, be careful. You may or may not receive what you order.

I too have had problems with HSN and would never shop with them again. They sent me a multipack of a cosmetic product and when I got to using one of the multiples it was sliced open and dried out. They wouldn't send me another despite my dissatisfaction. Shop elsewhere.

HSN always allows 5-10 days for standard ground shipping, however when a package is sent through USPS, tracking and delivery information is not available to confirm with a customer's statement over the phone. In the event a package is simply help up in a Post Office, HSN has a standard wait period of 15 days from the day a customer's item is shipped in order to allow enough time for a package held up in the mail to arrive at it's destination. After the 15 days, call back and you will find that customer service will be more than willing to send a replacement item should it still be available, or refund you for the lost package. HSN stands behind all of its products for 30 days, should you not receive your product, HSN will make sure you either have a) satisfaction or b) your money back. There are very few exceptions to the above statement, and a lost ring is not one of them.

I've ordered from HSN several times and always receive a date that which i will receive the order by. It always arrives before that date and HSN never charges you until it is shipped. Understand that most items ship directly from the manufactuer of the product and not HSN and even so once it leaves the warehouse it is in the hands of the shipper and can not be controlled by HSN.

I spent a little more than a year working at the customer service call center for HSN in Roanoke, Virginia, which is also another warehouse for HSN. HSN does have a typical delivery time of up to 10 days, but when a customer calls stating that an item hasn't reached them yet, there is a procedure to follow. The us post office requires that we wait 14-16 business days before reporting our loss. As soon as HSN can report the loss, they mail out the replacement. This policy is not meant to be misleading, as 90-95% of items are recieved on time, but we have rules to follow just like anyone else.
