Hsn (Tv Shopping Company ) i ordered a personalize estaban guoitra in oct. it didn't come, they said there was a mix up in the order ,they cancelled my order. then estaban came back on their show and i ordered 1 guitar, 2 guitars arrive. they wont take 1 back Tampa Florida
i ordered 1 estaban personalize guitar in oct. it didn't come so i called in the medial of nov. they said there was a mix-up in the order so they cancelled it and have no more. estaban was on again in nov. so i ordered 1 guitar personalize. today 2 guitars arrived at my home. i called to send one back , and they won't take it back, they are charging me for 2 guitars @ $264.89.
they cancelled the first guitar and are charging me for it.
they have already taked it out of my checking account, i can notafford to pay for 2 guitars. if i would have know they were going to send the first one , i surely wouldn;t have ordered another one. please help me get my money back from them so i can send this 1 guitar back.
